Work Package 1 aims at transfer to the beneficiary universities of VNUA, TNU, AJC, HUHA, HTC and HALOU all the skills and competences to manage the online platform created under 561656 Erasmus+ VOYAGE Project to be enlarged under MOTIVE, so to populate the database with students’ data and extract online data for running graduates studies based on IT tools. The WP capitalizes the Vietnamese ownership of the online VOYAGE platform, hosted at HANU and already exploited by Vietnamese universities of HANU, NUAE and PTIT taking part to 561656 project and at capitalize the skills acquired by the university staff during the previous experience by fostering horizontal capacity building.
Capacity building activities includes three horizontal trainings, based on a twin approach: HANU, PTIT and NUAE, whose staff has been trained under the VOYAGE project, will train the newcomers’ universities in horizontal trainings. AlmaLaurea, as trainer of the Vietnamese staff under VOYAGE project, will supervise the trainings.
Three are the horizontal trainings to be carried out:
–training of IT staff of newcomers universities of VNUA, TNU, AJC, HUHA, HTC, HALOU on how to manage and update the web platform and its main functionalities locally.
–training of research team from newcomers universities of VNUA, TNU, AJC, HUHA, HTC, HALOU on how to exploit platform data for survey release and platform host at local level.
–training of the administrative/secretariat staff of newcomers universities VNUA, TNU, AJC, HUHA, HTC, HALOU on how to raise the platform database population in order to make graduates tracking surveys representative and reliable. Administrative staff in charge of relations with students will have a central role in transferring best awareness raising strategies targeted at showing the benefits for students to be enrolled in the initiative (assessment of their university experience in a view to improve the educational offer; build-up of their certified CV to be included in the project web platform so to boost their employability). The trained staff will be part of the research team of the National Center for Graduates Tracking.
